From the first message to the gift in your hands: this is how an order with AnnA Handmade & Graveren works.

How to order
No webshop, no cart: you tell me, I make it. Four steps from idea to gift.

Send me a message
On WhatsApp, Facebook (Messenger) or by email. I reply as quickly as I can.

We talk it through
What would you like, who is it for, which names, date or text? Together we choose what fits.

You get a design
I send you a design to review. I only start once you are happy with it.

I make it and ship it
After your approval I make the gift and send it to your address. You can also collect it in Tilburg.

Shipping
I wrap your gift carefully and ship it within the Netherlands to the address you give me.

Prefer to pick it up in person? You can, in Tilburg, by appointment.

How quickly do you reply?
As quickly as I can. I answer every message personally.
Will I see the design before you start?
Yes, always. You get a design to review and can ask for changes. I only start once you approve it.
Can I order something that is not in the collections?
Of course. The photos are examples of previous work. Have your own idea? Send it to me and we will work out together what is possible.
Which language can the text or engraving be in?
Any language: Dutch, Polish, English or another one. Send the text exactly as you want it.
What should I put in my first message?
The occasion and who the gift is for, the name, date or text it should carry, when you need it and, if you like, an example from the collections.
Can I collect the gift?
Yes, collection is possible in Tilburg, by appointment. Shipping within the Netherlands is also possible.
Ordering for the holidays?
Then please message me well in advance. That leaves time for the design, your approval and the making.
